The design of the knife is very traditional Thai. The metal end can be used to trace designs in the fruit or vegetables before cutting. The knife cover is plastic covered in the same material as the knife handle. The handle is made of strong lightweight stainless steel. The knife is well-balanced and easy to work with. The blade is sharpened on one side only. |
